  1. Exploring. It all started with exploring when I found the scariest place I’ve ever been to in my life. My sister and I called it the creepy house. One day we were driving through the back roads in Ohio when we saw this mysterious mansion on a hill. This house was different though. Like an abandoned house you see in a movie with a backstory that you may or may not want to know. With huge doors and windows that were over 30 years old they still looked so neat. So, this house caught our attention quickly. We explored the land over and over examining all of the run down cars in the driveway. Whoever lived here was wealthy. Something was weird though and it seemed a tragedy happened here. The minute you drove up the spooky driveway there was sound. No bird chirping, no wind blowing, just silence. We knew we had to be careful since this wasn’t our property to be exploring but we knew no one could be living in this huge abandoned mansion. The doors were cracked, windows broken, and the house looked like it had been raided. We wanted to dig deeper and we couldn’t just stop here. It became a weekly thing, going to this house and exploring it. Eventually we went inside. The smell was strong with dust/dirt and the breeze followed us throughout the house. We were scared, trembling as we only thought of the very worst. That we’ve entered a murders home and they were gonna get us next. But, we couldn’t stop there. As we explored things started to get more weird. Each room still had a theme. For example, there was a kids room, a parents room, a play room, and living room. Old towels hanging on the railing as a family was living a Normal life here. Parts of the house were burned up, with the wallpaper still hanging on it’s last string.
